Ferosa Bluff parole hearing

In 1999, Ferosa Bluff and friend Andrew Fedorowicz were convicted of murdering Bluff's nearly 4-year-old daughter, Rebecca Bluff, in 1998. Since that time, Andrew's wife, Suzannah Fedorowicz, and Ferosa Bluff's ex-husband, Todd Bluff, have reinvestigated the case and hope to prove their innocence.
