The song was performed on the afternoon of February 28 on Salt Lake City's Exchange Place, across the street from the Frank E. Moss Court House. Today was day 1 of the trial against Tim DeChristopher, so-called Bidder 70, whose on trial for disrupting a federal oil and gas lease auction in which he bid on parcels but never paid the $1.7 million he needed to cover for his bids. He has stated publicly that his action was a purposeful disruption of what he sees as the continuation of climate change and environmental destruction.

In 1999, Ferosa Bluff and friend Andrew Fedorowicz were convicted of murdering Bluff's nearly 4-year-old daughter, Rebecca Bluff, in 1998. Since that time, Andrew's wife, Suzannah Fedorowicz, and Ferosa Bluff's ex-husband, Todd Bluff, have reinvestigated the case and hope to prove their innocence. This is a recording of Ferosa Bluff's October 2010 parole hearing.
